Help us build dreams! Albemarle Boats is currently recruiting for boat-building positions with a variety of skill sets. Experience is preferred, but we are considering those with a positive attitude and good work ethic, who are eager to learn the craft. On-the-job training is available.
COMPENSATION
Higher than average pay scale based on experience. All facets of construction trades are considered.
WORK SCHEDULE
Four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day. Overtime is available on Fridays. Our work is primarily indoors, year-round, and not weather dependent.

40 hours of vacation earned in year one and 80 hours of vacation earned in year two (A week off for Christmas and a week off for 4th of July)
